We
are long-established specialists in gardening with old-fashioned roses.
The company was founded in 1980 and to reflect the French origin of the
roses, was originally named Roses du Temps Passé. We have won medals at
Chelsea Flower Show, our Rose Garden is regularly featured in magazines
and newspaper articles throughout Europe, and we have been featured in the
BBC television programme 'Cottage Gardens'.
We operate internationally, both directly from Woodlands House, Stretton,
near Stafford in England, and also through selected partners in Europe.
Our expertise in Old roses has led us to develop the Persian Rose range
of organic rose scented creams, gels and bath products. They are based on
first distillation rose oil and rosewater from the famous damask rose, R.
damascena trigunti petala. We import the rosewater and oil directly
from Iran.
We are pleased to welcome visitors to our rose garden, nursery and shop.
Here we have for sale a wide selection of roses in containers, our popular
book and video, 'Gardening with Old Roses, the traditional rose arches,
the organic fertiliser recommended for Old roses, and the organic Persian
Rose range.
Our garden, nursery and showroom are open seven days a week from 9.30am
